ASC4 pro not scanning at idle

Ever since I upgraded to Win7, ASC4 does not scan my system at idle per settings. I used to get display reports telling me at certain date/time my system was scanned and certain changes were applied. Now i get noting. When i check on the ASC main menu, I see that there has been no automatic scanning of the system since my last manual scan.

 

I searched the forum and did not see any entries pertaining to this issue or similar with anyone else.

 

What is going on and why did ASC stop scanning the system like it was doing before?

 

And yes, I do have the AutoCare set to YES. And I do have the paid version.
