How do you delete the old password to enter RPG?

I recently had RPG on my computer but I lost my password. I deleted the program and downloaded another one and installed it. When I started the new program it asked me for my password. I cannot access the new download and would like to know what needs to be deleted and if this is even possible.

Re-Installed RPG but can't remember the old password

 

I uninstalled the program and then re-installed it. But I don't remember the old password. I can't enter the program. Can you help?
