Performance Monitor Problem

The application worked fine at startup the first few times. After installing Solidworks, it seems to no longer start up regardless of shortcut or not. Is this the fault of the software I just installed or just the application gone wrong?

 

I have tried reinstalling Advanced System Care 4.01 but havent been able to get the application running again.

I don't know much about Solidworks Graphics software but if it's anything like AutoCad it probably disables all other GUI displayed programs when it loads?

Almost like a vertual OS. ;-)

That would explain it... What an annoying thing to do in disabling all other stuff. I uninstalled SW on this machine since it was glitching some reason and the Monitor came back. So that was basically it. I'll keep SW on the other machine though.
