You do great work! - And a lot of it !!

I have translated the English language files into Danish.

The way I do it is to copy the content of the English.lng file and paste it in Excel. Then I copy the content of the Danish.lng file and paste it in the same document so that I ca see both at the same time. I then edit the file and translate eventual new adds. I then copy the cells with the Danish translation and paste it into the Danish.lng file, replacing the former one.

Usually I then send the danish.lng file to Iobit support who forward it to those in charge of the language section.

You can also make a new folder in the language folder in

Iobit SmartDefrag and call it danish v.3.lng. you can then choose it in language selection in the Change language option.

I wonder why IObit does not use the most recent translation files in their setup files.

 

I have noticed that in the last ISD Beta 3.1 Danish.lng is version 2.1 and And Turkish.lng (my translation), although I have sent them version 3.0 in April, is version 2.0.

 

If you have not added the missing strings in English.lng in your recent Danish translation, you can use the English language file attached in the following post:

Your way of translating is OK, but I prefer to put English.lng and Turkish.lng notepad windows vertically side by side and proceed simultaneously.

Turkish for IObit SmartDefrag Beta3.1

 

Please find attached Turkish language file in "TurkishBeta31.lng" for ISD Beta3.1 , because it is garbled again in the last available setup file for this version and language file for version 2.0 is used.

 

Copy "TurkishBeta31.lng" file to the Language folder of IObit SmartDefrag, and start the Wizard.exe and choose TurkishBeta31 language or click the "Select Language" button from Options.

 

The language of the program will be in Turkish. (Except "Clear garbage files before defrag" in "General Settings"). (It was translated OK in Beta3.)

I have noticed that often, and for a while there was always a fault with the special Danish Characters, but recently this is OK, since v. 2.5 in fact.

I usually use the language folder that comes with the program, but i have used the other method too. and you are right, I would not have written the dot in the actual file, but perhaps rather version 3 as the english was version 3.

I noticed that you translated the Chinese greeting and signature.

It was causing script error.
