Stop unboosting after improper shutdown

If gbtray.exe is closed improperly while the computer is boosted, it will still think it has been boosted when it's opened up again. This generally happens if the computer crashes or loses power. When you start up again and open the program, it still thinks it's in "boost mode" and problems arise when you click the Restore button - it ends up trying to start duplicate processes of the ones that were closed last time, but are already up because the computer was rebooted.

 

Happens on Windows XP SP3, 32-bit. Can anyone else confirm, or is it just me? GB2 didn't do this.
