cant uninstall defrag program

I've uninstalled the defrag program but its still running.. Its not showing in the program listing of advanced care. Anyone can help?

Hi Vinton,

Try this:

1. Create a system restore point.

2.Download Revo Uninstaller: http://www.revouninstaller.com

& install it.

3. Completely Re-install Smart Defrag. (It may remove the leftovers from the previous install).

4.Open Revo uninstaller & select Smart Defrag, then click un-install. Select advance un-install mode.After it runs the uninstaller, it will scan for leftover reg. entries. BE SURE TO ONLY CHECK THE ENTRIES THAT ARE SHOWN IN BOLD TYPE! Also, if there are any entries that are shown with plus sign in the box, click on the plus to see if there are more entries in bold there.When they are all checked click remove.
