External USB HD "no show"

The external USB HD does not show in the list of drives to Opt/Defrag.

There are options to add "files or folders", how about adding extra drives?

How do I get the program to "see" the external drive?

MS Defrag program sees it and does Defrag fine.

It shows up as a drive in "my computer" and is accesed fine.

 

Win7 OS.

I have No problems seeing External USB drives, in SD-2.

They automaticly show up in Header drive list.

 

There is a removable-drive check-box, on General-Settings page, that should not be checked.

 

I also have W-7,

but I am using an older beta version of SD-2, so maybe that's the difference?

Have version 2.1....

Re-checked on box in settings, actually checked it, & apply, closed program, re-opened & un-checked box, closed, re-opened and still it does not see ex-drive!

Something the "Quality Control" department missed!!!!

Did you scroll-down, to view remainder of drive-list,

with slider on right side of list?

When you have more than 4 drives or partitions, you must scroll-down to see the others.

 

(when slider appears, that means there are more than 4,

so you have some that are Not displayed in your attached picture)
