Installation Error V 2.7.2

Dear Friends,

 

I had AWC V2 and am trying to install the upgraded version 2.7.2. On running setup I get the following message:

 

C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced WindowCare V2\MemCleaner.exe

An error occured while trying to replace the existing file;

DeleteFail Failed; code 5.

Access is denied.

 

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to cancel Installation

this program after unistalling then clears up left over a reg entries left behind.

this will give you a good chance of a clean install

The reason also may be that, the MemCleaner.exe was in use. Please exit MemCleaner before uninstalling by Revo_Uninstaller.

If not, you can use Unlocker before deleting the file.
