deep care clean problem!!!

hello everyone. i make a deep care clean and now i can not off my pc. i would like to know what can i do to fix this. also i want to know when is gonna be possible to have the final version of advanced systemcare 5. thanks a lot for your help and have a nice day.

It depends on which 'Settings' you have activated in the different utilities.

 

Always check the Settings before running Any utility.

Sorry, I can not think of any utility, in ASC, that would prevent Shutting-down the computer,

If that is what the problem is?

hello amigo Topppack the problem is that i can not shut down the pc.

Put out the plug ;)

restart pc and put ur last "image" of ASC back.
