Hi IObit , Can you tell me when will final version of ADVANCED SYSTEM CARE 5 will be released because i dont want to use beta version , i heard this beta could harm my system so i am waiting the final version so can you tell me release date please ? 8-)

If they do release it soon it'll be buggy, their update cycles are very slow and I haven't seen any redundantly reported bugs patched, some have been reported every update since beta 4.0.

I have been using each beta so far without any adverse effects. Iobits puts that disclaimer up because it is in beta form. It's better to go slow and put out a final release as bug free as possible,

Actually the FF 218 block bug and cleaner bugs have been there since 4.0 beta which also included the final versions based on it all the way up to the latest 5 beta. The boot time defrag and error repair tools that have no settings in deep care, which are responsible for 99% of no-boot after scan issues here, have also been there unchanged the whole time.

 

If you look at my posts there are also UI bugs and other issues, there are too many to list in another thread. Also privacy sweep dlls can crash out under certain conditions.

Literally every 'my system wont boot after repair' reported ties to ASC triggering error checking and repair at startup on certain configurations.

 

I haven't had the problem either but I investigate the problems.
