Game Booster Is Messing with my internet

To open my internet i have to say its a game in game booster. This means that I cant use skype, teamviewer, or do anything that rquires internet on steam. I cant even play multiplayer minecraft anymore.

 

If anyone can help, i would greately appriciate it.

Os: Windows 7

Processor: Intel Dual Pentium

Antivirus: Norton Internet Security

Ram: 3Gb
