False Positive in ZoneAlarm file?

I just ran an IObit Malware fighter scan and it came up with a threat in a ZA file.

 

Name: Trojan.Downloader

Type: File

Path: C:\windows\system32\zonelabs\avsys\updsdk.dll

?!!

 

I'm wondering if I should hit the repair button or not.

By the way, file details say it's a Kaspersky Lab file, version 8.0.1.24, and the Date Modified is 2009/10/13.
