First of all I apologize in advance for the possible bad translation into English since I have not mastered and used a web translator, in addition to congratulate you on your great programs.

After installing Advanced SystemCare 5.0.0.150, if configured in Deep Care-> System Optimization-> Computer Optimization: Top Performance (Home User) to perform a scan and then repair (after restarting Windows) options disappear safely remove hardware and eject media, ie pressing the remove Hardware icon and safely remove the middle with your right mouse button which is next to the clock and date on the taskbar does not leave the pulldown menu to remove USB devices, Advanced SystemCare 5.0.0.150 uninstalling and re-appears, the only way is to restore the system to a point before the installation of Advanced SystemCare 5.0.0.150.

The ruling does not appear if configured in Deep Care-> System Optimization-> Computer Optimization: Office Work (Business User) after performing a scan and then repair (after rebooting Windows) when pressing the Remove Hardware icon and eject safely medium with the right mouse button if I get the popup menu to remove USB devices.

Anyway, if configured in Deep Care-> System Optimization-> Computer Optimization: Top Performance (Home User) to scan and repair options disappear safely remove hardware and eject the media and the only way to recover is to restore the system to a point before the installation of Advanced SystemCare 5.0.0.150.

This option must change some settings in the Windows registry that disables the drop-down menu to remove hardware safely and eject media with Advanced SystemCare 4 version had no problem. :-?

I have this check done on three computers running Windows 7 32-bit with getting the same result.

Hi coptroner,

We are sorry, we are not sure if we got the issue exactly right.:???: Please help us check if we understand it correctly.

Do you mean the pop-up "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" (just as the attached 1.jpg) disappear or the whole pulldown menu(just as the attached picture 2.jpg ) disappear.

We'd really appreciate your help.:-)

Well, what happens is that if you configure the Advanced SystemCare 5: Deep Care-> System Optimization-> Computer Optimization: Top Performance (Home User) after scanning the PC when it is restarted or after you turn on the next day, the Safely Remove Hardware icon and eject half is present (just as the attached 1.jpg), but if you press the right mouse button over the icon to display the drop-down menu (just as the attached 2. jpg) to remove a memory such as USB, this does not appear and the only way that the menu reappears (just as the attached 2. jpg) is to perform a system restore.

This does not happen if you set Advanced SystemCare 5: Deep Care-> System Optimization-> Computer Optimization: Office Work (Business User) after scanning the PC, repair, and finally reboot the computer the menu (just as the attached 2. Jpg) if it appears.

Tested with version 5.0.0.158 Advanced SystemCare

Cheers.

This ruling is reproduced in all PC's that I have, three in particular with Windows 7 Enterprise and only with version Advanced SystemCare Care 5 set Deep Care-> System Optimization-> Computer Optimization: Top Performance (Home User) menu that disappears removable USB drives list in Advanced SystemCare 4 does not exist this configuration, and he used was Deep Care-> System Optimization-> Computer Optimization: Office Work (Business User) do not see any fault, if the latter configuration is performed in Advanced SystemCare 5 menu showing USB devices to extract still appears.

No matter how you connect via USB, the way Deep Care-> System Optimization-> Computer Optimization: Top Performance (Home User) just after the restart or turn on the PC fails to display the list of all USB devices connected, is but one of them is the WIFI card that is connected to the mainboard of a notebook (internal connection that although the manufacturer has done with USB circuitry).

Greetings.
