This .dll belongs in Languages of the World by Transparent Language, Inc. It is not a malware or Trojan as IObit Malware Fighter indicates.

 

IObit Malware Fighter throws a false positive on it. :shock:

Most probably false positive, but please upload TlClipBd.dll file to VirusTotal and IObit Cloud and post the analysis reports' links together with your IMF report in your next post.
