ASC 5.0 removing program files from Windows Works

Everytime I run the deep care scan, I cannot use my Microsoft Works 9 software. It takes away some files from the program to operate properly. It comes up with a "Place the installation disc in the drive to reinstall or repair program files". I do that and everything works fine again. When I run deep care after that, it starts all over again.

Which utility in Deep-care is causing the problem?

 

If you have not, run them one-at-a-time, to determine that.

Then go into that utilties settings and disable options,

to determine which option is causing problem.

1) After the issue occurs, Please use rescue function of ASC and let us know whether it is OK.

 

Open ASC 5>> click the button "Rescue" >>choose one restore point (note: please set restore point to the time before the problem occurred)>>click "undo"button

 

2) No matter it works or not, please send the Log folder and Backup folder to us so that we can further look into the problem.
