ASC (4) no longer good...?

I thought the software was good for a year...?

 

I've been using the old version (4) for approximately 6 months now with no problems (I opted to buy the "full" version after using the free version for a couple of months).

Now since I went to the website offering "FREE" System 5 download (NOT!), my software refuses to work properly. The little green bar that usually stays green after I've run my clean-up now turns yellow regardless if I've visited any websites or not. Is this really how you operate...?

Hi dave828... Welcome to Iobit forum!!

 

Your license is good for version 5.

 

Please use the copy and paste function, copy from the original email concerning your PRO license of ASC. And then paste it into ASC5.

 

If this doesn't work then do a clean install, follow these guidelines: http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.php?p=39220#post39220 and http://forums.iobit.com/showpost.php?p=42228&postcount=10

 

The newest version of ASC can be found here: -> Advanced SystemCare 5 is Updated (5.0.0.158).

 

 

After the clean install... then Copy and Paste the License information into ASC5.

I thought the software was good for a year...

The Pro license is valid for one year for one PC and the Pro license should still be valid when you update from ASC4 to ASC5

 

The information that Melvin_Deal supplied should fix the problems :smile:

 

For future reference, if you click on Manage License and the amount of days left does not look correct, click on Refresh

ASC will contact IObit and check your Status etc, this will generally update the amount of days left if necessary.

 

If you still have problems with your license please contact IObit Online Support

Describe your situation and include as much information as possible.
