Google Chrome disabled ASC5?

I recently installed Google Chrome and my ASC5 won't open. Any other experiencing the same thing?

What other softwares won't open? Are your other desktop or quick launch Icons still working?

 

Google chrome will not disable ASC.

 

If you go to the "all programs" list does ASC run? (Don't use the shortcuts... launch the application by direct launch)

When I try to open ASC5 from the desktop icon, nothing happens. When Itry to open it from All Programs, nothing happens. It will not open. ALL other programs will open. It is only ASC5 that will not.

 

Having said that, it appears that ASC5 is still working because I get messages that it is scanning. But, if I want to do a registry scan, I can't get to it. Do I need to uninstall and then download and re-install it?

Please try this first Jim... a clean install.

If you are using the PRO version, make sure to use the copy and paste function to insert your original license code from the email it came in.
