GB 3.1 Screen resolution issue

Hello everyone, I am new to GB, only just installed it yesterday. The program is great.. however, since I have installed the program it has "stretched" the gameplay resolution that I have set on 2 games that I own. These are Deus Ex :HR and Dawn Of War 2: Retribution. It isnt as much of an issue on Dawn, however it is a major issue on Deus Ex since it lags the game to high heaven :'(.

 

I had the screen setting set to 800x600 but that has now been stretched to 1366x768. I Have tried changing this in-game however this makes no difference.

 

Can anyone help me here ?

 

My system:

 

Win 7 home pro (32 bit)

Toshiba M40X satellite ( inbuilt graphics )

1) If you close the Game Booster, does this issue still exist?:!:
