ASC doesn't function in guest account

Working on a friend's PC, infected with SecurityShield, I got that removed, and now ASC won't function in the guest account. I double click icon, and get the first image, then the second.

 

after that nothing in the ASC console works except the upgrade button. I end up having to close it through TaskManager. But even after closing it, the cloud comes up and says ASC is still running in the SYSTRAY. It all functions fine in the admin accounts. I have tried uninstall, reinstall...... no dice. Any ideas?

 

OOPS. Toolbox seems to work, and I can configure and turn on Boost, but can't use Quick Care, or Deep Care.
