Hi all,

We are sorry to hear that you encounter troubles with Advanced SystemCare, we have done the test, but we failed to reproduce the issue.

Please kindly help us look into this issue.;-)

1) Please check whether the browser has been set to save the password. Please see the attached picture password manager.jpg.

2) If it still doesn't work even you check the "Enable Password Manager", please provide us the detailed version of your Opera and the Operating System of your PC.

3) Please go to the details after the scan finish and help us check whether there is any item about Opera save passwords, if yes, please take a screen shot of it. Please see the attached picture snap.jpg.

I should have said that I am loosing my passwords in Firefox, not all the passwords, just for some sites. It has also changed the way some of the pages display. The websites are no longer listed in the save passwords list. It hasn't done this on my other computer. Both of them are HP laptops, different models, both running Windows 7. I have added the sites to the ignore list and have even turned off ASC and can't get the pages to display correctly. It seems that once the passwords have been removed, Firefox won't ask to save them again. I have had this problem before and was able to correct it by completely uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it.
