Hi Superdave,

 

Please have a look at Malwarebytes Update = Severe XP issues thread in MBAM forum for the latest update 1.60.0.1800.

 

Although most probably false positive, but please also note that the concerned mbam-clean.exe file to clean MBAM software in that thread is flagged by 3 security sofrwares as virus included in VirusTotal analysis.
