Smart Defrag 2.2 not Fully Uninstalled and Messes with Update to 2.3

Hello,

 

I previously had IObit Smart Defrag 2.2 on my pc. I logged on and saw the update to 2.3 and went ahead and updated it. The Wizard started and uninstalled 2.2 and was in the process of installing 2.3 when it hit a snag. I had forgotten to remove the schedule boot time defrag and auto defrag tasks that I had set up. I went into Control Panel and removed them from there but parts of the old 2.2 file are still on the C: drive. I have tried some different options and have not had any succes deleting the files. Until I can remove the files I can't seem to get 2.3 to uninstall. Thanks in advance for your help!
