setup files are corrupted. please obtain a new copy of the program.

I have downloaded IObit Advanced SystemCare v5.1.0.196 from Cnet and when i ran the file it appears the following error: setup files are corrupted. please obtain a new copy of the program. And then i downloaded the IObit Advanced SystemCare v5.1.0.196 again from majorgeeks.com and the same happened.

 

And then when i downloaded the IObit Advanced SystemCare v5.1.0.196

 

From softpedia.com it worked correctly but the file that was downloaded from Cnet.com and majorgeeks was corrupted. I wonder why?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Hi WT2A... welcome to iobit forum!

 

This sounds like an issue arising from previous fragments of ASC on your machine corrupting the install from major geeks. A clean install is preferable to an overthe-top install.
