I can't delete ASCv5ExtMenu_64.tmp from the ASC 5 folder

I recently uninstalled ASC,but I noticed that the folder in Program Files is still there.There were some files like "latest news" etc that I could delete,but the only file I can't seem to delete is ASCv5ExtMenu_64.tmp .It says that the file is open in windows explorer.Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi ghost leader bg! Welcome to Iobit forum. You can use the task manager to stop any Iobit services you see running, then try to delete it. If that doesn't work (or you see no Iobit services running), the forced uninstaller in Iobit uninstaller should do the trick... you can find the Iobit uninstaller here.

Perhaps, IObit Unlocker could do the job if others fail .
