Game Booster turns off too much!

Ok, I though that this software was gonna turn off unnecessary softwares. But now it deletes a software that keeps my desktop icons up, it also deletes another software which shuts down the browser...

 

How can i avoid this from happening? Can i make it not delete these programs? I just want to play bf3 in better performance, but i cant even play bf3 if the browser doesnt work.

Hi texteriouz! Welcome to Iobit forum!

 

I do not use GB and do not have it installed right now. I did have it installed just to examine it for awhile and I remember that you can customize the programs and services that it temporarily disables. GB will not delete software! You should be able to revert (turn GB off) your system. Make sure you have turned it off! I'm sure other members more familiar will post the details on this... please be patient for their posts that I'm sure will come!

Normally, Game Booster won't delete any software. Please kindly provide the names and versions of the programs which were deleted.

@texteriouz from what you wrote here I conclude that the problem lies in how did you configured the BOOST options. If your primary web browser is Internet Explorer and in the options tab others you selected for Game Booster to turn off Explorer.exe in order to increase available memory and resources that it could cause problem with launching the game so either unmark that position in settings or if you want to have explorer disabled then add Internet Explorer(or Chrome or Firefox-whichever you are using) manually to your Game Box and than you can run it by selecting it and pressing Boost&Launch button.
