GB won't turn off explorer.exe when checked [Work around SOLUTION!]

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling even. But with turn off explorer checked it doesn't actually do it. I have to turn it off manually and then back on again manually every time. Having it off makes a HUGE difference on my fps for WoW.
