How can I retrieve my password or uninstall program without password which it asks for?

 

I thought I knew what the password was set to but it isnt working, can anyone help?

Hi taznz1!

 

As you have posted in the Iobit Protected Folder section... is it indeed a program file you have used the Iobit software on? Or is it a non Iobit software with built in password protection and you just stumbled onto this forum section using a general search? Or have you come across a used PC and cannot access the administrator account?

 

If it is the first... Enoskype's suggestion is the solution. If it is the second it is highly unlikely anybody on this forum can help and I suggest you go to that software's support forum as it is highly unlikely we could help. If it the last... we definitely can't help (other than to suggest a re-format).
