Export settings

Hi, I was wondering myself about the idea of exporting/saving my settings.

I just want to be sure that when I format my drive I will be able to install Advanced SystemCare as it was before.

I hope I has been clear enough, my English isn't perfect sorry :(

Thanks!!!!!

Hi Fede_1993! Welcome to Iobit Forums!

Move the entire ASC program folder onto a USB drive or burn it onto a disc before you reformat... then reinstall the exact same copy onto your reformatted PC.

Sincerely,

-Mel

[Edit] P.S. If you have an external hard drive you can place it there for recovery. This is the best option I think as you can insure survival of any personal files this way too. Videos, documents, pictures, etc. You can also move the files to the hard drive of another networked PC as well!:-)

Hi Fede_1993, welcome to IObit Forum! :-D

Addition to Mel's suggession of keeping

C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare 5

folder, other folders of ASC5 should be kept in that case. ie.,

C:\ProgramData\IObit\Advanced SystemCare V5

and

C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\IObit\Advanced SystemCare V5

You have to have your files/folders not hidden in Folder Options to see those.

Cheers.
