deep clearing fail

When the program reaches deep scanning of the register there is a program lag on the same section of the register

On the image it is visible what section of the register it is damaged and causes an error in the program

As at removal of programs with use of deep clearing - the program hangs

The image is too small to see anything and a double click on it gives you a Russian advertisement, so I have deleted the picture.

We are sorry, we don't get the issue very clearly,:cry: please provide us with more details.

 

1) Do you mean the Deep Care is stuck at the same point of "Deep Registry Fix"? If yes, please take a screen shot of it and post it as attachment, it will greatly help us get this issue correctly.

2) We don't get the meaning of "As at removal of programs with use of deep clearing", what programs did you point to? Please describe it more clearly so that we can better understand this issue.

Hi Fomir, :smile: Try reinstalling the program

First uninstall it from control panel ,then delete advanced system care folder in c:/program files ( or program files x86) iobit/advanced system care 5

and delete also advanced system care folder in appdata

click on run type in %appdata% punch enter and go to iobit and delete ASC 5 folder :mrgreen:

Then if you have ccleaner use it to clean junk files , and registry leftovers .

Thats it install program again and see if it work :smile:
