Is license lifeteme for ASCP?

Hi, if I buy ASCP 5 will I get future updates for free or I would need to pay for ver 6?

A 1 year license for ASC is valid for every new version during that 1 year period for the indicated # of PCs.

 

BTW, answer to your post title question is "No, licence for ASC Pro is not for lifetime, but it is valid untill the expiry date (normally 1 year after the date of purchase) ".
