Hi CHRSM, welcome to IObit forum!

 

The Evo skin looks awesome. :grin:

 

Unfortunately .rcc files are not enough for other users to use the skins, so you have to supply all the images including preview image you have used in your skin to be used in IObit skin tool.

You can find examples in THIS thread.

i really like this skin but i have no idea how to download it because its all in a foreign language. it would be nice if it was re-upped in english thanks
