Mouse scroll not functioning

Hi,

 

I have looked through all the processes which are closing during game boost and I can't find what is killing my mouse scroll. It only doesnt work in-game, if I minimise it works fine. The game (Diablo 2) requires compatability mode for the mouse scroll to work, so I am thinking it might be something related to this.

Any ideas?

 

I am using a logitech wireless laser mouse, but since it works properly with game minimised I don't think the mouse type matters.
