License cannot be activated

My sister upgraded to pro and got two extra activation codes. But when I enter it it says "This license cannot be activated. Please purchase a new license for Advanced SystemCare PRO."

 

She received an email with three codes to activate the program. We have used two and I am attempting to use the third. None of the other codes had any problem.

 

Is there any way I can renew the code with out purchasing ASC again?
