Disabling Tablet Input services causes UAC issues on Touch screen devices

I encountered a UAC Issue when running game booster on my Tablet. It seems as though when Tablet Input Services are disabled UAC will not accept any input from a touch screen meaning when you execute a UAC protected program your screen will Lock on the Elevation Request Dialogue and you will be forced to either hard boot the device or plug in a usb keyboard/mouse to select the appropriate option and unlock the screen.

 

so to avoid this issue with touch screen users this service should remain enabled by default.
