Other User Problem

When I do a deepcare On my pc and start I always end up with my username and other user. I only have 2 users on my pc and thats me and my mom. I always uncheck registry because If I fix my errors and restart my pc I see other user. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and I hope advance systemcare can fix it.

Please kindly send the Log folder and Backup folder to us so that we can look into the issue.

 

Please press windows + R key => type %appdata% in the blank => open IObit folder => open Advanced SystemCare V5 folder => find the Backup and Log folders. Please zip the two folders and then send them as attachments or send them to support@iobit.com.

My backup folder is empty but I will send the log to you guys. Also The logs might be old since I was scared to do a registry with the program.
