Losing headphones sound when using Game Booster 3.3.1

Whenever I use Game Booster, my headphones stop working!

 

Sound plays through my notebook PC's speakers when Boost mode is on, thats fine. But if I plug in a set of headphones into my notebook's dedicated headphone socket, the speakers do not mute and the sound doesn't come through the headphones. If I turn off Boost mode, all works ok.

 

I'm using Windows XP on my Samsung NC10 notebook.

When Boost mode is on, please click all the down-arrow buttons, then take a screen shot of the whole window of Game Booster and send it to us as attachment so that we can look into it.

I have done three screenshots, as my notebook doesn't have enough screen resolution to display all the lines. See attached.

The screenshots are not readable, please attach .jpg images with a better resolution and larger file size.

 

(Only one I can read is Realtek HD Audio CP, which you can try to uncheck

and see if it helps.)

OK here are some jpgs, cut down to show just the important bits.

IObit could look into those images now.

 

The ones come to my mind are unchecking Realtek CP, Shell Hardware Detection, and SSDP Discovery one by one to see if any of them is the reason.

Please open Game Booster >> restore to Normal Mode >> click Configure >> Processes >> uncheck Realtek HD Audio Control Panel >> click Apply.
