Scan not working correctly...need help

Since you have to run the program as admin, it seems that the system scan is only scanning the administrator account. For example, I know I have a ton of trash in my main user account recycle bin. Yet AWC doesn't see these file therefore it doesn't offer to remove them. I'm sure it would be the same for the registry scan and security defense scan as well. I want it to scan all account on the computer. I'm pretty sure I never had this problem until recently. Does anyone know a fix for this?

 

I'm using version 2.8.6.859

Vista Home/Premium

I have 4 accounts on my PC and as you can see from this attachment, I can only manage the account listed.
