Tweaker 'Borrowed' IObit's programs ?

It appears that Advanced-system-tweaker, from tweaker.com, may have 'Borrowed' some of IObit-ASC's program ? :?:

Even the user-interface window is similar.

I also found programs that borrow alot from other IObit programs, I have also found several sites stating that you can get IObit programs free of charge, IF I run across any, I might post them on the related part of the forum for an IObit staff member to review
