Could you please provide us a screen shot of the error at the installation? How did you handle the error and continue the installation?

 

Please also describe the problem, "the configuration is not possible", more clearly so that we can get more information to look into. Did you mean you that can't use settings at all or you can not use some specific settings. We'd like to remind you that if you have other security solution installed, you may fail to turn on the real-time protection in case of conflicts.

 

A screenshot of task manager when "the scan is 100% CPU" will also help us look into this issue.
