Problem with License code for Advanced System Care

Hello,

 

I bought a license for up to 3 computers. I managed to register my lap top with the lisence code, but I can't do it on my PC. When I enter the code the program says that that it is validified, but when I tyry to use the pro features again it wants to anter a license code. Basically it says that the code is accepted and than it wants it again. Pls help!!!

I paid for the Pro level, entered the license key and it continues to ask for the license. It doesnt seem to be saving the license key.

I have run into the same problem today.

 

I perchased the PRO version I think last month. Today ASC showed the UPGRADE button, so I re-entered my key and it showed PRO, but when I exit and return to the program, it shows the UPGRADE button again.

 

Can you or someone help? Thanks!

I'm also having this exact problem. ACS is not storing the key that I purchased. Any guidance would be apprecated. :)
