If your Operating System is Windows 2000, you need to download "gdiplus.dll" GDI+ from here.

Add gdiplus into the installation directory of Game Booster 3

 

NOTE: The installation needs Game Booster 2 to be uninstalled.

Could someone report the foot print size of GB35 after activation vs GB34? I see 35 has lots of stuff added. My fear has always been this product will become bloated with non boost related functions.

 

Also, if you are running the pro version, will you switch to GB35?

Наверное, в данной программе не достает функции системных (ноутбука) динамиков для воспроизведения звуков из игр при записи видео, а не только микрофон, как мы видим в программе. This program does a lot more than Fraps. At it's heart, this program improves the game performance of your computer. The other options (like on-screen FPS) are peripheral additions. That's my opinion anyway.

Since ON and OFF are English words, but Game Booster 3.5 will be translated to several other languages, the OFF-ON SWITCH for FPS could look similar like as seen attached which can be accepted internationally.

You`re right. Today were overcome all my problems with sound, thank God. Now everything is fine, tried to burn the game "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" and everything turned out. Thanks developers! : Улыбка:

Hi,

Uninstall latest installation (GB 3.4 or 3.5 or other). Create SRP. And try install GB 3.4 (not 3.5 BETA).

 

(Bug check description: This indicates that the driver wrote to an invalid section of the special pool.

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.

The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time).

Hello everyone! Well i've got a small problem. As i have read above some guy already made some videos with Game Booster. But when i try to make it,i simply don't see anything going on. After it i checked directory where those videos should be located (D/Program Files/IObit/Game Booster/FPS) i saw it was empty. Also i tried to make a screenshot but no luck either oh and i cant see FPS counter. I turned it on with that big On/Off switch of course. This might be game related. I'll edit this post if i get lucky with other games.

 

#Edit: Yes it looks like it is game related. Game is MTA San Andreas (Multi Theft Auto San Andreas) Multiplayer modification for GTA. Too bad it don't work with that game. I cant use Fraps to record it at all. I've got massive lags (from 45-50 fps without fraps to 15-20 with fraps). So if this could be fixed somehow i would be really thankful for it.

The GB FPS counter won't work will ALL games currently, although it will work with most of them. You may find it works with more newer games than older ones.

Still get the old icon cache bug(white no-icon icon) that effects all iobit products, both in start menu and on quick launch bar on windows 7, not tested on xp or 8. iobit products are the only ones that do this and have been for years now..

 

EDIT:intel HD GPU temp not detected, AMD fusion I suspect is the same.

3.5 worse than with no game booster

 

I was running 3.0 with DDO with no problem.

Downloaded the 3.5 beta this morning and could hardly play the game at all. Lagging, jerky movements and long loading screens. Turned it off and everything went back to normal. A game booster that makes playing the game worse?

I don`t think the program makes the game worse. All, in fact, depends on the system requirements for the computer games...I also somehow ceased to record video, and after reinstalling - everything went. :wink:

A suggestion for ffdshow installation by GB 3.5

 

I have another suggestion to IObit for Game Booster 3.5 Beta installation setup file (gb3.5-beta-setup.exe).

 

Since it also installs ffdshow, GB 3.5 should check if ffdshow is already installed in the PC and should not install ffdshow if the existing ffdshow is a newer version.

 

For example I use K-Lite Codec pack and Update Packs of it which includes the most recent version of ffdshow (rev 4447 build April 26, 2012 as of today), and unfortunately GB 3.5 breaks it and installs quite an older version of ffdshow.
