So I have had smartdefrag installed on my system for about a month. After experiencing bluescreens ranging from bad pool caller to page fault in a nonpaged area. I ran verifier and windows would not even finish booting. It constantly gave me a bad pool caller stop error and listed SmartDefragDriver.sys as a problem. I uninstalled smartdefrag and reran verifier and the system booted up normally. I am still running verifier to see if it logs any more problems, but it seems that everything is running smoothly. Let me know if there is any other information that could help.

Please go to C:\Windows to find the folder Minidump and send us this folder so that we can look into this issue.
