Gamebooster disappeared?

Hi, I have encountered a problem that really changes my game booster experience. The problem,was that the window literally, disappeared.

I cannot access the game booster home anymore, but the application still runs and i could still boost my games.

I tried reinstalling game booster several times, but it the outcome was still the same with both 3.4 and 3.5.

I have been using game booster for about 5 months until it just stopped working all of a sudden. HELP!

Would you please provide us with more information so that we can check it clearly?

 

1. Is there GB icon on the Taskbar when the problem appears?

 

2. Is there GB process running in Processes when the problem appears?

 

3. Dose this problem appear after you run games in full screen?

I could see the icon in the task bar,and I also see the GB process in the processes.

The window becomes invisible when i run GB not when I run my games in fullscreen. I can't see the window anywhere.

Please reboot your computer or end the GB in Processes, and then open GB again to see how it works.

Please do below to see how it works.

 

1. exit GB

2. find and open GameBooster.ini file in C:\ProgramData\IObit\Game Booster 3

3. find following items below [userHabits]

Left=323

Top=217

Width=640

Height=480

4. delete those four items

5. reopen GB to see how it works.
