Advanced system care 12 breaking my windows 10 pc

After buying and installing Advanced System Care and doing the optimizations, I can't open 75% of my apps on my PC.

 

I have a very fast computer with 2 SSDs and a M2.0 so it's not a computer issue.

Trying opening URLs from program like Slack or Skype, NOTHING HAPPENS.

 

Trying to open Evernote, NOTHING HAPPENS.

 

Trying to Download something from Chrome. IT WON'T FINISH DOWNLOAD.

 

Trying to open the Windows 10 menu, it takes a couple of seconds WHERE IT WAS INSTANT PREVIOUSLY.

 

Please give me a solution right now.
