Installing drivers for hardware with no drivers

I have a laptop with a webcam. I installed the drivers from the laptop drivers site. Driver Booster found no updates for the webcam.

 

Let's say I did not install any drivers for the webcam. Will Driver Booster find the drivers and install them for me? or do I need to install the drivers first in order for Driver Booster to find updates?

Far as I know Driver Booster will check if webcam driver is or not up to date automatically.
