It certainly looks like to be a false positive, but it is a good practice to check your EXCEL.EXE by uploading it to VirusTotal, and post the analysis report here.

I can't upload it the file is too big.
I scanned it with Kaspersky instead

Incompatibility Issue
I still have an incompatibility issue with 'Security Holes' with version 1.4
It tells me 64bit is not compatible.:cry:

I360 will only detect MS EXCEL07 as trojan when excel.exe is running.
I have also scanned it with MSE and Avast, not malware
