Hi Alexander Kozin,
Thanks for your suggestion.
If you select “Large files defrag", it won’t ignore "Skip files larger ..." setting.
Could you please let us know what settings are reset to defaults?
Look forward to your reply.
All settings. It was 2 times, and I dunno what the reason was. But before it, programm got "freezed".
For "Large files defrag", ignoring this option can increase disk preformance, cuz those large files can be in "fast" disk area, and will be better to move them to the end of the disk, to the "slow" area. I read about it. However, you know for sure

Suggestion:
Add to Startup Manager ability to automatically disable/delete unwanted startup entries, if I need this.
Bug:
Browser Cleaner (also known as Browser Anti-Tracking) doesn't cleaning anything of Chrome's history now, I dunno why. Privacy Sweep function too.
-
Suggestions:
Add ability to clean browsers and other stuff, similar as in ASC, for more space released.
Bugs:
Sometimes SD 5 beta 1 can reset settings to defaults, i dunno why.
Questions:
If I select "Large files defrag", it will ignore "Skip files larger ..." setting?

Hi Alexander,
To fix the issue, please take the following steps:
1. Please download file from http://wikisend.com/download/268028/ASC9_FIX.zip
2. Unzip the file and run ASCFixTool.exe, click “Fix Error” button. Then reboot your computer, after few minutes, then please send back the ASC_SMLog.txt under the installation folder of ASC 9.
If the issue continues, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe
Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop, please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks.:)
Added link to both files. Issue isn't resolved...

Please reboot your computer to see whether the issue continues. Thanks.:-)
Hi Cicely, I'm already tried it multiple times, but - nothing happened

There is a bug in Startup Manager. It don't show last boot time. Screenshots is here

I want to tell you about 2 old bugs.
1 - when Disk Scan from Clean & Optimize completed, it don't creates chkdsk schedule, and there is "Completed" mark instead of "Completed on reboot".
2 - AutoClean feature don't creates AutoSweep-named schedule in Scheduled Tasks.
Try out.

There is major bug! Where is the right? 1 - Internet Boosts' recommended values, 2 - Internet Booster's recommended values

Hi Alexander Kozin,
Thanks. Could you please explain Add the ability to remember the previous state value so that we will can cancel a change, also add "Description [RegValue name]", like "Disable clear pagefile at shutdown [ClearPageFileAtSutdown]" more clearly so that we can better improve the product?
Looking forward to hearing from you.:-)
>add "Description [RegValue name]", like "Disable clear pagefile at shutdown [ClearPageFileAtSutdown]"
Look at uploaded screenshot. This is from "System Optimization" item.
>please explain Add the ability to remember the previous state value so that we will can cancel a change
Ok, i'll try. For example, we have Rescue center with registry backups, with prevous state value of the registry. Can you do the same thing? But in Rescue center will be new section with the name "Deep Optimization Rescue", and program will create backup.reg file with single reg key and with the name of the optimized item. I tried to explain it clearly enough, I hope I did not confuse you.
Also, pls don't forget about:
>Upd. for Deep Optimisation: like in System Optimisation, do Item Name with Description [RegValue name], Current Value, and Recommendation value. I don't want to change/optimise something until I'll know what it will change, like in Tweaking.com's software (not advertising).
Found "cleaned autom_tically" in Browser Anti-Tracking (text description bug, pls double check text in .ini files pls in new versions).

As a fan of Heroes of the Storm game (not advertising), I approve this design, especially the "Scan" button.
Speed Up>Deep Optimisation: Add the ability to remember the previous state value so that we will can cancel a change, also add "Description [RegValue name]", like "Disable clear pagefile at shutdown [ClearPageFileAtSutdown]".
Pls add ability to minimise scan process to use tools from Toolbox!
Thanks

In new DB 3 beta 1 we have almost 3 "Rescue" buttons, first on main UI, right from "Feedback" button, and other two in "More settings" menu. For more protection from BSOD? ;-)
BTW, works pretty good, and UI is amazing.Thumbs up Also, now I don't need to rescan to see what I need to update, just can click "Last scan" link, or "Device drivers"/"Game Components" buttons if something outdated, 5 from 5 updated drivers! This is first beta version that works good for me.8:)
Staying tuned.

Hi thiefot35,
Happy to hear that you love our Smart Defrag.
Could you please describe the situation "My only gripe is it not doing multiple drives at once" more clearly so that we can make improvements?
Looking forward to your reply.
I guess he means parallel defrag method in SD3, in SD4 are consistent defrag method now. I mean, now next disk/drive will not be defragged before previous disk/drive defrag completed. Wow, we have an idea for new defrag options ;)

@ Alexander Kozin, I will report your suggestion to our product team for consideration. For the issue "Game Defrag feature bug ", could you please send us the related screenshots so that we can look into it?
Sorry, there is was my mistake, it is really was analyse (I read this in the report), but it was so long/slow for that little folder which contains 150 mb (AV and other software was disabled/turned off during analyze)
-
Hi IObit!
Tried new SD 4, looks very good, but not perfect for me. But there is a very large icons of disks, disks list in SD 3 looks better, imho.
Game Defrag feature bug - when clicking "Analyze" button, it's starting defrag. Also, large icons too... Could you make icon size like in Game Booster? Switchable size will be good too.
For the rest of the points I have no comments, but I haven't used this program very often, because it's Beta :D
With best regards

Hi IObit!
First, already well that the license from IMF2 applies for new IMF3 too.
Silent Mode - great function, Now I will not to turn off the program during games.
Anti-Tracking, Browser Protection and other features, duplicated from ASC - if I have ASC 8 Pro, whether they will be conflict? (When I closed my Chrome, BrowserCleaner.exe wasn't launched. Upd.: re-enabled Anti-Tracking in IMF 3, now working :D)
UI is much better, but "Update" button cannot be found at first sight, you should replace it with Action Center button, for example, or extend UI.
With best regards
