    If you

    forgot the password for Protected Folder please follow the procedure below:

     

    Please follow the steps below to reset your password of Protected Folder.

     

    1) Please run your computer in Safe Mode with Networking.

    2) Please download the tool from the link : http://testdemo.iobit.com/PFTool.exe

     

    3) Please run PFTool.exe and follow the instructions in PFTool.exe to finish the process.

     

     

    If users can not reset their password by the above method, they can send a PM to Cicely.

    I also lost my protected folder password...and i will try the steps as u given above to reset the password, hope it works!
