I received an Email titled "Thanks for Being with IObit" because I bought the Package offered now.
I was told, in this email,
"As promised, we're glad to share iTop VPN as a FREE GIFT with you. Click here to unlock limitations when surfing." I downloaded the file and ran it.
However I am unable to get iTop to run. It tells me I have used my daily free connection data daily quota
Any Help?

Sorry about the confusion.
I thought about this for a while and decided to place the exe file you sent me into the IOBIT Uninstaller folder replacing the existing exe file.
When I did this and ran IOBIT Uninstaller it uninstalled a program without hanging.
Success!

I tried to install the program yo sent me but it tells me It cant start because rtl120.bpl is missing from my computer

first of all there was no quotation mark in the email address I used.
As for the rest of the comment I don't understand what you are saying. Does this mean I will not be getting help with the problem I am having.

well I have a 1.14mb screenshot.jpg file I can't attach and a1.85mb log file i cant attach what should I do?

I just noticed there is a small dot on the bottom left of the title panel and when I put my cursor over it it says "Chuck Bennett is off line" ???
What is that all about

I should incl;ude I click on the uplode attachment bar, a file upload window opens, I choose the file, cliock open and nothing happens

I click on the attach envelope icon with the paper clip on the right upper corner and a "upload attachment" bar opens in the lower left. I click on the file I want to attach and click on "open" and nothing happens

Lately Uninstaller Free (9 and 9.1) will hang when doing an uninstall and not complete. This has been occuring for about the last 2-3 weeks.

Licenses Recovery

I bought the 6 item bundle plus The Iobit vpn. I had a computer crash and could not recover the licenses.
I have tried the automatic license recovery app but cannot complete because it refuses to send me a code.
Are there any other ways to recover my licenses.
