I'm guessing that the file is not directly related to IObit, but rather something that IObit was auto-updating?

Never mind, its obviously the updater for AutoHotkeys, after a little googling, autohotkeys is sometimes flagged by anti-virus software.
PLEASE DELETE TOPIC
